The Founders

100 Women Who Care Rochester was founded in 2019 by a group of professional women who shared one commonality: to use our talents and resources to disrupt toward goodness. Convened by Holli Budd, we envision 100 Women Who Care Rochester to be the driving force for transformative change in our communities… because women get it done.

Our Members

Representing every industry and career sector, we reflect the dynamic nature of Rochester. Our members commit to only four meetings per year, and a total of $400 toward the Giving Circle to support local charities each year. That’s $40,000 of tangible good used to raise up Rochester.
